The Alcorn County Circuit Clerk is pleased to offer Internet access to the index of the Alcorn County Marriage Records.
Users should be aware of:

• While the Clerk's Office has attempted to preserve the accuracy of the online versions of the index, this index is not official and the Circuit Clerk will not be responsible for any inaccuracies that may be encountered. Only the Marriage Records Index of Alcorn County provided in the Alcorn County Courthouse shall be referenced as the Official Records Index.
• By using this service the user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Alcorn County Circuit Clerk and anyone involved in storing, retrieving, or displaying this information for any damage of any type that may be caused by retrieving this information over the Internet.
• All copies purchased online by credit card are final. A service fee of 3.5% ($2.00 minimum) will be charged for purchases. The service fee is non-refundable.
• In order to complete the application, both applicants must appear in person with their valid government id with date of birth listed and pay the $36 fee.
• Applicants under 21 years of age must have parental consent. If either party is under 21, contact the Circuit Clerk's Office at 662-286-7740 before applying for further information.
